Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information 26 Automations collects, how we use it — including with Emma, our AI voice assistant, and our automated workflows — who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Effective date: To be set on publication

1. Who we are & what this policy covers

26 Automations (“26 Automations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-powered marketing, lead management, and business automation services to businesses in the United States. Our services include managed marketing campaigns (including Meta advertising), lead generation and lead management, inbound and outbound calls handled by our AI voice assistant Emma, a CRM and customer pipeline, automated lead qualification and appointment scheduling, automated follow-ups, and email and text-message communications.

This policy applies to personal information we handle through our website at 26automations.com, our ads and lead forms on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), calls with Emma or our team, text messages, emails, and the systems we use to deliver our services. When we provide services to a client business — for example, running its ads or responding to its leads — we also handle information on that client’s behalf, as described in Data we process for our clients.

We are bringing parts of our system into service in stages. Where this policy describes a feature that is not yet in use — such as a particular type of text message — it describes how we will handle information once that feature is in use. We describe this with words like “when” or “if.”

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details, such as your name, phone number, and email address.
  • Business details, such as your company name, type of business, services, location, and the needs you describe.
  • Website form submissions, including a preferred day and time if you request a demo.
  • Answers you give in lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, including any consent choices shown on the form.
  • Information you share during calls with Emma or our team, in text messages, in emails, or during demos.
  • Appointment details, such as the date, time, and type of meeting you schedule.

Information from Meta

When you submit a lead form in an ad on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides us with your form answers and information about the ad, campaign, ad set, and form you responded to, and when you submitted it.

Records we create

As we work with you, we create records such as call recordings, transcripts, call summaries and outcomes, the status of your inquiry, notes, appointments, the messages we send and receive, and your communication preferences and consent choices.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use it to deliver the website, keep it secure, and prevent abuse — for example, limiting how many form submissions can be sent from one connection.

3. How we use information

  • Responding to your inquiry and following up on the request you made.
  • Qualifying inquiries — understanding your needs, location, and timeline to decide on the right next step.
  • Scheduling, confirming, and reminding you of demonstrations and appointments.
  • Managing leads, customer pipelines, and records of our conversations in our CRM.
  • Providing, configuring, and supporting the services you or your business request.
  • Sending service-related communications and, where you have agreed, marketing communications.
  • Measuring which ads and campaigns lead to real conversations and appointments, so we can improve them.
  • Keeping a record of your consent and opt-out choices, and honoring them.
  • Protecting our website and services, preventing spam and fraud, and meeting legal obligations.

Submitting a form lets us contact you about the request you made, in the ways you agreed to on that form. It does not sign you up for unrelated marketing calls or text messages.

4. Advertising & marketing campaigns

We advertise our own services on Meta platforms, and we run Meta advertising campaigns for client businesses. People who respond to these ads through Meta lead forms provide their information to the advertiser named on the form — either 26 Automations or the client business — and we receive and manage those leads as described in this policy.

If we use advertising tools that involve sharing personal information with advertising platforms — such as uploading customer or lead lists to build audiences — we will describe that use in this policy.

5. AI voice calls with Emma

Emma is an AI-powered voice assistant that answers and places calls for 26 Automations and, as part of our services, for our client businesses. Emma can answer questions, collect details about your needs, qualify your inquiry, and help schedule appointments. Emma uses an AI-generated voice; she is an automated system, not a person.

  • Inbound calls: when you call +1 (877) 856-4223, your call may be answered by Emma.
  • Outbound calls: we use Emma to call people who have agreed to receive automated calls from us — for example, to follow up on a request submitted through our website or a Meta lead form.

You can ask to speak with a member of our team, or tell Emma that you do not want further calls, at any time. You can also opt out by contacting us using the details in Contact us.

6. Call recording, transcription & AI processing

Calls with Emma may be recorded and transcribed. To hold the conversation in real time, the call audio is processed by AI technology from our voice provider, ElevenLabs, and carried over our telephone provider, Twilio. We may use recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries to update the record of your inquiry, follow up on what was discussed, schedule appointments, and review and improve call quality.

If you do not want a call recorded, tell Emma or our team, end the call, or contact us to ask for another way to communicate.

7. Text messages (SMS)

When we send text messages, they come from +1 (877) 856-4223 through our messaging provider, Twilio. We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, and we ask separately for permission to send marketing text messages.

  • What we may send: replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups, and — only if you have agreed to marketing texts — information about our services.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us.
  • Not required: agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any product or service.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared with service providers, such as Twilio, only to deliver our messages.

8. Email

We email you about the request you made — for example, to confirm a meeting, send information you asked for, or follow up on your inquiry. If we send marketing emails, each one will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also reply to any email or contact us to stop receiving emails from us.

9. CRM, automation workflows & scheduling

We store lead and customer information in our CRM so that every inquiry, call, message, appointment, and next step is in one place. Our CRM database is hosted by Supabase. Automated workflows built on n8n receive new leads and trigger the next step — such as a call from Emma, a text message, an email, or a reminder — in the ways each person has agreed to be contacted.

We use automation to qualify inquiries and schedule appointments, for example by asking about your needs, service area, and preferred times. These steps help us decide how to follow up; they are not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

10. Service providers

We rely on third-party service providers that process personal information on our behalf to run our services, including:

  • Meta Platforms — Facebook and Instagram advertising and lead forms.
  • ElevenLabs — AI voice technology that powers Emma.
  • Twilio — telephone calls and text messaging for +1 (877) 856-4223.
  • n8n — workflow automation.
  • Supabase — database hosting for our CRM.
  • Vercel — website hosting.
  • Other providers we use to send email, schedule appointments, and operate our business.

These providers handle information to provide their services to us and under their own terms and privacy policies. Information you share on Facebook or Instagram is also subject to Meta’s Privacy Policy.

11. Cookies, analytics & tracking

Our website does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels (such as the Meta Pixel), or other third-party tracking scripts. Meta may use cookies and similar technologies on its own platforms as described in its policies. If we add analytics or advertising technologies to our website, we will update this policy before doing so.

12. How we share information

We share personal information in these situations:

  • Service providers that operate our website, CRM, automations, calls, and messaging for us (see section 10).
  • Client businesses, when we handle a lead or customer on a client’s behalf — that information is shared with the client.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

13. Data we process for our clients

Our clients are businesses that use 26 Automations to advertise, respond to leads, and manage their customers. When we run a campaign, call, text, or email someone on behalf of a client, we process that information to provide our services to that client, and the client’s own privacy policy also applies. If you are a client’s customer and have a privacy question or request, you can contact that business directly or contact us.

14. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, maintain our business relationship, keep a record of your consent and opt-out choices, and meet legal, accounting, or security requirements.

15. Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our website and keeping service credentials on our servers rather than in your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

16. Your choices & privacy rights

Communication choices

  • Calls: tell Emma or our team that you do not want further calls, or contact us.
  • Text messages: reply STOP, or contact us.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link where provided, reply to the email, or contact us.

Privacy rights

Depending on where you live, US state privacy laws may give you rights over your personal information, such as the right to:

  • Know or access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
  • Opt out of certain uses, such as the sale of personal information or targeted advertising.
  • Appeal a decision we make about your request.

To ask a question or make a request — including a request to delete your information — contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law. Some information may need to be kept to meet legal obligations, such as a record that you asked us not to contact you.

17. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
